The sessions focus on each child’s wellbeing and personal development through self-reflection. The children explore their Superpowers and Superskills, building confidence and self-esteem. They also learn about boundaries in their relationships, to ensure they feel safe and have positive and healthy friendships. Each session incorporates elements of drama, games and creative tasks. Some sessions have focus topics including Meditation, Mindfulness, Breathing Techniques and Gratitude where the children will learn life skills to manage anxiety and stress.
